Oversee daily branch operations and ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulations.
Achieve financial targets including sales, revenue, and profitability goals.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers.
Manage, mentor, and evaluate branch staff performance to ensure high levels of service and productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote customer satisfaction and business growth.
Ensure the branch adheres to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare regular reports on branch performance and provide recommendations to senior management.
Identify market trends and analyze data to enhance branch operations and client offerings.

Qualifications




Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, Banking, mutual funds, or NBFC management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch operations.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
