Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the organization's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, improving productivity, managing cross-functional teams, and driving continuous process improvements while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, systems, and procedures.
Coordinate with Production, Sales, Procurement, HR, Finance, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
Monitor operational performance, productivity, and quality standards, taking corrective actions when required.
Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives.
Analyze operational data, prepare MIS reports, and present performance updates to senior management.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate departmental teams to ensure high performance and employee development.
Ensure compliance with company policies,



statutory regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Resolve operational challenges promptly while maintaining customer satisfaction and business continuity.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
