Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech/ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop current business opportunities in the HVAC industry
Generate leads through site visits, networking, and client meetings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
Conduct site surveys and gather technical information for project estimation.
Follow up on quotations and negotiate contracts to close sales successfully.
Coordinate with the design, estimation, procurement, and project teams for smooth project execution.
Build and maintain solid relationships with consultants, contractors, builders, architects, and end customers.




Stay updated on HVAC products, market trends, and competitor activities.

Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems including VRF, VRV, DX, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ventilation, and Ducting systems.
Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings and HVAC specifications.
Knowledge of HVAC product selection and basic estimation.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
