Contact and qualify enquiries received from Meta Ads, website, WhatsApp, and other marketing campaigns.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plots.
Schedule and coordinate project site visits.
Present project features, investment perks, pricing, and payment plans.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers until closure.
Build long-term relationships with customers before and after the sale.
Coordinate with the sales, legal, and CRM teams for smooth documentation and registration.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
