We are hiring a results-driven Social Media Manager with hands on experience in content, reels, and performance tracking. This role is for someone who can lead a team, execute campaigns, and drive real growth, not just post content.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram & other platforms
Lead and manage a team of social media executives
Create and oversee reels, content calendars, and campaign ideas
Coordinate product shoots, influencer content, and basic video edits
Track trends and implement high-performing content formats
Monitor analytics (reach, engagement,
conversions) and optimize performance
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
Must-Have Requirements
Solid experience with Instagram reels & trend based content
Experience managing a team
Basic knowledge of video editing tools
Understanding of content performance & analytics
