Roles and Responsibilities
Serve customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
Provide product, service, and equipment technical information by answering questions and requests.
Establish new accounts and manage existing ones by identifying potential customers and planning sales calls.
Prepare cost estimates by studying customer documents and consulting with technical staff.
Analyze cost-benefit ratios of equipment or services and propose process or material improvements.
Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost savings and operational perks.
Submit customer orders in coordination with technical support staff.
Support customer staff by providing training and technical knowledge transfer.
Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and market trends.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing learning and research.




Contribute to overall sales engineering effectiveness by addressing long-term and short-term challenges with solutions.
Work collaboratively with the team to accomplish shared objectives.

Education & Experience
B.Tech or equivalent degree in Engineering.
Experience with Gas Monitoring Systems.
Knowledge of Wastewater Monitoring Systems.
Familiarity with Ambient Air Monitoring Systems.
Understanding of Pollution and Energy Productive Monitoring instruments.
