10+ years of hands-on experience developing large and complex applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node)
Solid experience in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and UI/UX design.
Very positive experience in database design.
Must be ready to work as a senior developer (coding is mandatory) and also as a technical lead.
Well experienced with agile project management and execution.
Ability to work as an individual contributor and as a team member.
Must have prior experience to mentor and lead a team of developers.
Must have excellent communication skills.
