Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Representative to promote our products, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales within the assigned territory. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for field sales.
Key Responsibilities
Visit retailers, dealers, and customers in the assigned area.
Promote and sell company products.
Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
Ensure timely order collection and follow up on payments.
Submit daily visit and sales reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
0–1 years of experience in Field Sales, Retail Sales, FMCG Sales, or Direct Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
