We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship program. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about software quality assurance and eager to gain hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing. The intern will work closely with the QA team to ensure product quality, identify bugs, and support the testing lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in executing manual testing for web/mobile applications.
Support the creation, maintenance, and execution of automation test scripts.
Identify, document, track, and report software defects.
Work with developers and team members to resolve issues efficiently.
Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.
Participate in requirement analysis and understand product functionality.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Skills
Valuable understanding of Manual Testing concepts.
Basic knowledge of Automation Testing tools/frameworks.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Software Testing / QA is preferred.
Previous internship/project/industry experience in testing is preferred.
