Job Responsibilities – Horticulture Site Supervisor

The Horticulture Site Supervisor will be responsible for the execution and supervision of all horticulture and landscaping activities at assigned project sites across Mumbai and surrounding areas. The role involves arranging and managing labour, ensuring timely execution of work, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with the project team to complete work within scheduled timelines.

Key responsibilities include arranging skilled and unskilled labour, assigning daily work, supervising plantation activities, and ensuring proper execution of planting, lawn development, irrigation, maintenance, pruning, and other landscape works. The supervisor will coordinate the receipt and dispatch of materials, maintain material challans, and work closely with site security for proper material movement and record keeping.

The candidate will monitor labour productivity, maintain attendance records, prepare daily progress reports, and ensure materials are used efficiently with minimal wastage. They will inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity, coordinate with suppliers and contractors, and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings,



project specifications, and quality standards.

The Horticulture Site Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining site cleanliness, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, proper use of tools and equipment, and resolving day-to-day site issues. The role requires effective communication with project managers, engineers, clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth site operations.

The ideal candidate should possess positive leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with basic knowledge of horticulture practices, landscaping techniques, irrigation systems, and site documentation. The ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines is essential.

Job Location: The candidate should be willing to work at any project site in Mumbai and nearby areas, including locations within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), based on project requirements. Site assignments and transfers may be made as per the company's operational needs.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
