We are seeking a Proposal Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in the Water & Wastewater industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing techno-commercial proposals, tender documentation, cost estimation, and coordinating with internal departments to support business development and project acquisition activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare techno-commercial proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects.
Review tender documents, technical specifications, BOQ, and client requirements.
Coordinate with design, procurement, estimation, and project teams for proposal preparation.
Perform cost estimation and budgeting for projects.
Prepare technical compliance statements, bid documentation, and presentations.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Good knowledge of:
Water & wastewater treatment processes
STP, ETP, WTP, ZLD systems
Tendering and proposal preparation
Cost estimation and BOQ preparation
Technical specifications and P&ID; reading
Pumping systems, piping, and equipment selection
Familiarity with EPC/project execution in water industry.
Solid analytical and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Qualification
B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
