Job Responsibilities
Installation of photocopy machines / multifunction machines
Troubleshooting and repairing machine faults
Replacement of drum, fuser, roller, developer, and other spare parts
Preventive maintenance and servicing
In office customer support
Required Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in photocopy machine repairing
Knowledge of Konica Minolta, Canon, Ricoh, Kyocera, Xerox, Sharp, Toshiba, etc.
Ability to handle field service calls independently
