Oversee daily school operations, discipline, attendance, and staff accountability.
Manage transport, infrastructure, maintenance, and compliance.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
Handle parent, staff, and student grievances.

Admissions & Marketing
Support admissions growth and student retention.
Represent the school during admissions events and parent interactions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance school visibility.
Oversee school social media initiatives.

Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of 50–100 employees.
Conduct performance reviews and team development initiatives.
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
