Job Summary

Radiance Alloy & Electricals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 20 years of experience to manage and oversee financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes within a manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete accounting cycle including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Ensure timely filing of returns and adherence to legal regulations
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning




Coordinate with auditors and manage internal & external audits
Maintain cost accounting records relevant to manufacturing operations
Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure proper documentation

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/Inter CA preferred)
Minimum 20 years of accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing industry)
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid attention to detail and organisational ability

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
