We are hiring a Purchase Executive to manage sourcing and procurement of materials and products, with a focus on the Fire & Life Safety / Industrial Safety segment. The ideal candidate will handle vendor coordination, price negotiation, purchase order processing, and delivery follow-ups to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
Source and procure products related to fire safety, industrial safety (PPE), or dealership-based products
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
Raise and track purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery
Compare quotations and maintain vendor rate lists
Coordinate with stores, accounts, and project teams for material requirements
Maintain purchase records, vendor documentation, and pricing history
Follow up on outstanding deliveries and resolve vendor-related issues
Support tender and GeM portal procurement requirements as needed

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
