Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates and joining process.
Post job openings on different hiring platforms.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment process.
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Basic MS Office knowledge.
