We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist doctors in providing high-quality fertility care and ensure excellent patient support throughout the treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities
Assist doctors during OPD consultations and fertility procedures.
Assist in IUI, IVF, Embryo Transfer (ET), and Ovum Pick-Up (OPU) procedures.
Monitor patient vital signs and provide pre- and post-procedure nursing care.
Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
Prepare procedure rooms and maintain OT sterility and infection control standards.
Maintain patient records and nursing documentation.
Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, and other departments.
Educate patients about treatment schedules, medications, and follow-up care.
Requirements
GNM or B.Sc. Nursing.
Valid Nursing Council registration.
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (IVF, OT, or Obstetrics & Gynecology experience preferred).
Valuable communication and patient care skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced healthcare setting.
