Job Description: Social Media Intern

Key Responsibilities:
Create compelling visual content for various social media platforms using Canva.
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Design graphics, infographics, and other visual elements that align with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns.
Help in creating and maintaining a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
Connect and collaborate with UGC creators across different platforms to source and repurpose authentic content.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels.
Stay updated with social media trends and best practices.

Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant program (communications, marketing, graphic design, etc.).
Proficient in using Canva for designing social media graphics.




Solid understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Basic knowledge of how to create and manage a content calendar.
Interest in networking with UGC creators and influencer outreach.
Creative mindset with an ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience with social media management, content creation, or influencer outreach is a plus.
