Manage customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Coordinate with sales, support, and operations teams to resolve issues.
Monitor customer experience and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred for managerial roles).
Salary range will be 15k to 18k.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
