Role Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can take complete ownership of the center — someone who can run, grow, and expand the business while maintaining a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth (client acquisition & revenue)
Build and manage local partnerships (schools, corporates, communities)
Handle end-to-end center operations
Lead and coordinate with therapists & team
Plan and execute marketing & outreach activities
Ensure excellent client satisfaction and retention

Who Can Apply
MBA / Business / Marketing background preferred
Solid business mindset + leadership skills
Experience in sales, operations, or center handling
Passion for mental health & people development




Self-driven and result-oriented

Experience
2–5 years preferred (high-potential candidates can be considered)

Salary & Growth
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + High Incentives (Performance-based)
