Position: HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements within defined timelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
Understand manpower requirements from department heads.
Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Source candidates through various platforms such as job portals, referrals, social media, and databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.




Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.

Qualification
MBA/PGDM (HR) or Graduate with relevant recruitment experience.

Preferred for Recruitment Consultancy/Manufacturing Industry
Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring.
Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering, sales, and support function recruitment.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills with clients and candidates.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
