Role: Engineering Delivery Lead

Location: Bangalore (Work from office)

Key Responsibilities
Define and articulate the engineering vision and strategy for the entity.
Lead and inspire the engineering team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Partner with senior leadership to align engineering initiatives with broader business goals.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and business value are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project requirements and success metrics.
Design and implement advanced engineering solutions to address complex challenges.
Perform technical analysis to create scalable, efficient architectures.
Deploy and manage robust engineering systems and processes.
Develop and enforce governance policies to ensure quality, security, and compliance.
Collaborate with teams to design and maintain engineering pipelines and infrastructure.
Uphold ethical engineering practices, adhering to industry standards and regulations.




Stay abreast of advancements in software engineering, cloud technologies, and emerging methodologies.
Conduct research and case studies to explore innovative solutions and drive growth.

Qualifications and Experience
Proven success in leading and delivering complex engineering projects.
Hands-on expertise in software engineering, digital platform delivery, and solution architecture.
Robust understanding of API and microservices development, as well as delivering cloud-ready solutions (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Experience in implementing and scaling microservice architectures.
Familiarity with large-scale software projects (30+ FTEs) and decentralized/offshore teams.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to navigate ambiguity and define actionable paths forward.
Change management expertise and an ability to drive adoption of recent processes.
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
