Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to act as the primary on-ground representative of Arkahub during rooftop solar installations. The role owns end-to-end execution at customer sites—managing technicians, electricians, fabricators, and helpers; ensuring work is completed to design, quality, and safety standards within the planned schedule; conducting final checks before handover; and keeping the operations team updated on daily progress.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise end-to-end rooftop solar installations at customer sites
Ensure installations are completed as per design, quality,



and safety standards
Ensure timely completion of projects as per planned schedules
Manage technicians, electricians, fabricators, and helper teams during execution
Ensure proper usage of tools, materials, and safety equipment
Act as the primary on-ground representative of Arkahub
Ensure quality workmanship across structure, wiring, and finishing
Monitor installation practices and enforce safety compliance
Conduct final site checks before project handover
Share daily progress updates with the operations team

Requirements
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field
1–4 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in rooftop solar projects
Basic understanding of solar systems, electrical work, and structures
Ability to manage field teams and customer interactions
Willingness to travel across installation sites
Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
Positive communication and coordination abilities

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
