Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹32,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products or services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up calls.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Resolve customer queries or escalate issues to the appropriate team.
Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
Basic English communication skills will be an added advantage.
Good listening and convincing abilities.




Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
