Job Title: Sales Head

Location: Palarivattom, Kochi
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and manage our sales operations at our Kochi (Palarivattom) branch. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the Education/EdTech sector and a strong track record of leading high-performing sales teams.

Note: Candidates without Education/EdTech industry experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the entire sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive admissions and revenue growth.
Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews and coaching.
Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives and team leaders.
Track sales reports, pipeline, conversions, and productivity metrics.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Academic teams to improve lead generation and conversions.
Ensure excellent customer engagement and follow-up throughout the admission process.




Prepare sales forecasts and submit regular performance reports to management.
Maintain high levels of discipline, accountability, and team performance.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience in the Education/EdTech sector.
Proven experience in handling an entire sales team.
Solid leadership, team management, and people development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
