Maintaining Client database generated through promotional activities.
Convincing prospective clients.
Sales skills and knowledge of sales process

Arranging site visit and showing properties.
Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property.
Determining client’s needs and financial abilities.
Informing client about market conditions, prices and legal requirements.
Ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
