Job Summary:

We are seeking a result-driven Business Development Executive to identify current business opportunities and drive growth for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a good understanding of digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate current leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research
Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Branding, etc.) to potential clients
Understand client requirements and propose suitable marketing solutions
Schedule and conduct client meetings (online/offline)
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
Maintain robust relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain records of sales activities and update CRM regularly

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development,



or a similar role (preferably in digital marketing)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc.)
Ability to generate leads and convert them into clients
Target-oriented with a proactive approach
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience working in a digital marketing agency
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
Knowledge of proposal writing and client handling

Key Deliverables:
Monthly/quarterly sales targets
Lead generation and conversion reports
Client acquisition and retention
Revenue growth contribution

Salary: Fixed + Incentives (Performance-based)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
