Overview:
As a Housekeeping Associate at Dust It Service Private Limited, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Sanitization: Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in accordance with established standards.
Room Preparation: Prepare rooms for guests or clients by ensuring all amenities are in place, and the space is clean and organized.
Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and report when supplies need replenishment.
Client Interaction: Maintain a friendly and professional demeanour when interacting with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Compliance: Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols, following all company policies and procedures.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on completed tasks, issues, and any additional requirements to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a solid work ethic.
Good communication skills to delight our customers.
Punctuality and reliability.
Candidate should have a vehicle (Two wheeler).
Valid Driving License is a must.
Must have a smartphone in hand for efficient coordination.
Details:
Duration: 1 month probation period, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
Salary: 30,000 Rupees per month.
Work Schedule: 6 days a week.
