We are looking for a customer-centric and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, social media, or in person.
Resolve product or service issues by identifying customer concerns, determining the cause, explaining appropriate solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up until resolution.
Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date customer records using CRM systems and internal databases.
Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer information, processing forms, maintaining reports, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle document issuance and processing, including invoices, receipts, certificates, IDs, service requests, approvals, and other official documentation as required.




Provide customers with accurate product, service, and policy information.
Escalate unresolved complaints or technical issues to the appropriate departments for timely resolution.
Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to customer service processes and overall customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company procedures, and industry trends.
Meet individual and team targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, productivity, and service quality.
Support general office operations and perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
