Job Summary:

We are looking for a agile and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, generate and nurture leads, and support the sales team through effective communication. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. Candidates with prior experience in real estate or telecalling will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about projects and services.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits with the sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers throughout the sales cycle.
Ensure timely updates of customer information, call logs, and lead status in the CRM system.
Achieve daily calling targets and contribute to overall sales objectives.
Address customer queries, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely customer support.




Prepare daily and weekly call reports for management review.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, telecalling, or sales support.
Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
