Job Responsibilities:
Search and identify relevant tenders from GeM Portal, EPM and other e-tender portals.
Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, and technical specifications.
Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within deadlines.
Handle complete GeM Portal operations including bid participation, catalog management, and order processing.
Prepare tender-related documents such as EMD, declarations, affidavits, and compliance documents.
Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, technical details, and required documents.
Maintain tender records, bid status reports, and MIS reports.
Follow up with government departments and clients regarding tender status and order execution.
Monitor reverse auctions and online bidding activities.
Ensure compliance with tender terms and conditions before submission.

Required Skills:




Knowledge of GeM Portal and Government Tender Processes.
Good command of MS Excel, Word, and Email Communication.
Robust documentation and analytical skills.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Tendering, Bidding, or GeM Portal handling preferred.

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
