The Quality Controller is responsible for checking garment quality at different stages of production to ensure products meet company standards and customer requirements.
Inspect garments during cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing stages
Check fabric, stitching, measurements, trims, and overall appearance
Identify and report defects and ensure corrective actions
Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards, AQL levels, and specifications
Ensure compliance with export quality standards and timelines
Maintain inspection reports and quality records
Qualification:
Diploma / Degree in Textile, Garment Technology, or relevant field
2–5 years of experience in a garments export house (preferred)
Experience handling international buyers is an advantage
Should be willing to travel 40%
