Job Summary

A leading restaurant chain is looking for experienced Indian Cooks specializing in North Indian OR South Indian cuisine. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic Indian dishes while maintaining quality, consistency, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook North Indian OR South Indian dishes as per standard recipes.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Prepare mise en place and organize the workstation before service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and storage conditions.
Follow FIFO and food safety standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience as an Indian Cook in a restaurant, hotel, or restaurant chain.
Robust knowledge of North Indian OR South Indian cuisine.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
