Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive with knowledge of gemstones to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a basic understanding of gemstones, and the ability to guide customers in selecting the right products while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting gemstones based on their requirements and preferences.
Explain gemstone features, quality, origin, and pricing to customers.
Generate sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing clients.
Handle customer inquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to ensure product availability.




Stay updated on gemstone trends, pricing, and market demand.
Ensure a professional and exceptional customer experience.

Required Skills
Basic to good knowledge of gemstones (precious and semi-precious).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, and email).

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in gemstone sales, jewellery sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles.
Freshers with good gemstone knowledge and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
