Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QC Manager to lead the Quality Control function and ensure consistent quality across raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall Quality Control operations.
Monitor raw material, in-process, and finished product quality.
Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Handle customer complaints and root cause analysis.
Develop and maintain quality inspection procedures and SOPs.
Lead and train the QC team.
Coordinate with Production and other departments for quality improvement.
Drive continuous improvement and reduce defects and rejections.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance.
Experience in Quartz, Engineered Stone, Tiles, Ceramics, or similar manufacturing industries.
Robust knowledge of quality inspection and process control.
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
