We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and on boarding top talent to support business goals. You will play a critical role in driving our hiring strategies and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
Job Postings and Descriptions: Creating and publishing job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Screening and Shortlisting: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and narrowing down candidates based on role requirements.
Interview Coordination: Scheduling and organizing interviews with hiring managers, panels, or leadership.
Offer Negotiation and Issuance:
Drafting, reviewing, and issuing offer letters and employment contracts.
Communicating compensation, benefits, and other job details with selected candidates.
Onboarding and Induction:
Coordinating pre-joining formalities like document collection, background verification.
Organizing new hire orientations to familiarize employees with company policies and culture.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
A positive attitude and a passion for identifying and on boarding top talent.
