Key Responsibilities
Total stockyard operation and other movement to be monitored.
Daily incoming vehicle for unloading monitored well in advance to avoid traffic jam.
Daily loading vehicle to be planned well in advance in consult with branch manager.
Loading vehicle to monitored lorries/trailer for our convenient and first in first out
Delivery follow-up for project customers - bend material / straight decoil material and cutting.
Daily delivery plan for customers - for all steel products including hr& cr.
Dispatch communication to be provided to customers in advance.
In addition to that bm will give instructions from time to time to improve stockyard activities.
Weekly maintenance for crane with respective mechanic.
Complete stockyard area clean and neat with greenery.
Labour bill submission weekly once (Tuesday).
Drinking water cane purchase and bill submission.
Stationery items for office and stockyard.
Daily monitored - inward and outward register maintained by security.
