Business Development Executive (2 Positions)
Position 1: For Indian Market
Position 2: For EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) market
What You’ll Do
Drive on-ground sales and distribution expansion in Mumbai & Pune
Build relationships with retailers, cafes, hotels, and distributors
Execute go-to-market strategies in Mumbai & Pune
Conduct product sampling and sales pitches
Understand real-world FMCG distribution mechanics
Work on market research, strategy, and expansion planning
Identify recent growth opportunities and partnerships
Build presentations and business insights for founders
Analyze competitors and category trends
Support brand growth initiatives and GTM strategy
What We’re Looking For
Structured thinker with robust analytical skills
Good with PowerPoint, research, and storytelling
Curious and proactive mindset
Interest in strategy and brand building
High energy and strong communication skills
Someone who enjoys meeting people and closing deals
Hustler mindset – comfortable with field work
Strong intent to build a career in Sales / FMCG/ Business
