Job Summary, Responsibilities and Requirements:

We are looking for a smart and assertive individual to be a part of our Student Counsellor (Admissions) Team. You will take complete ownership in guiding the customers (students/freshers) in finding the right solutions in terms of their qualified career and drive them on the right path to acknowledge their full potential. At the same time being proactively responsible for converting inquiries and registrations into admissions. Training will be provided on our products, process, and service.
Make calls to students, parents, and freshers to clarify doubts and convert them into enrollment
Willing to educate the customer politely and professionally
Follow up with prospects via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls




Maintain class schedules and complete customer records
Respond to the student registration email
Engage in surveys to identify market needs
Team player who remains approachable, teachable, provides and seeks feedback
Excellent active listening and communication skills
Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality
Qualification: Any Graduate. Preferably Marketing graduates
Experience : 0 - 3yrs (Prior experience would be an advantage)
Able to communicate in English, Tamil and Hindi
Basic knowledge of computers
