Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR cum placement officer to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, and student placement activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
Handle HR documentation, attendance, and compliance.
Coordinate employee engagement and training activities.
Build relationships with employers across India and Gulf countries.
Source job opportunities and coordinate student placements.
Organize placement drives, interviews, and career guidance sessions.
Maintain placement records, alumni database, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with students and employers to ensure successful placements.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR,



MBA, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR or placement.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Experience in educational institutions or placement activities is preferred.
