We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining products/services, resolving customer queries, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries
Explain products/services clearly and confidently
Generate leads and follow up on prospects
Maintain call records and update CRM system
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM systems)
Ability to handle rejection and pressure
Robust follow-up and negotiation skills
Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as required]
Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
0–3 years of experience in telecalling / customer support / sales
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Job Types: Full time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,303.39 - ₹20,662.86 per month
