Job Responsibilities:
Manage OPD appointments and patient registration.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments.
Ensure smooth patient flow and minimise waiting time.
Handle patient queries and maintain accurate records.
Prepare daily OPD reports and maintain confidentiality.
Assist with billing and insurance documentation, if required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as an OPD Coordinator or in a similar hospital role.
Valuable communication, coordination, and computer skills (MS Office/HMS).
Skilled, organised, and patient-focused.
