We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Transcriptionist to accurately transcribe medical reports, patient records, and other healthcare documents while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring high-quality documentation.

Responsibilities
Transcribe medical dictations, reports, and patient records accurately.
Review and edit documents for grammar, clarity, and completeness.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Ensure timely submission of transcribed reports.
Coordinate with doctors and healthcare staff for clarification when needed.
Maintain organized records and documentation.

Required Skills
Excellent typing and listening skills.
Robust knowledge of medical terminology.
Valuable command of English grammar and spelling.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer proficiency.
Time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Medical Transcription, Healthcare, or a related field.
Certification in Medical Transcription is an added advantage.
