Job Title: Field Sales ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate recent business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Visit potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide after-sales support.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.
Prepare daily visit reports and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
1–3 years of experience in field sales (Freshers with solid communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
