You are Responsible for:
Conducting regular audits to assess the quality of clinical practices and patient outcomes.
Implementing quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient safety and care standards.
Providing training and guidance to nursing staff on quality protocols and best practices.




Analyzing data related to patient care and reporting findings to management for informed decision-making.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:
A valid nursing license and clinical experience in a hospital setting.
Robust knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality assurance processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues.
Effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and promote a culture of quality care.
