Job Title: US Accounting & Bookkeeping Executive (Night Shift)

Job Description:
M/s Shivaay is looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented US Accounting & Bookkeeping Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of US accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, payouts, and taxation rules.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks
Handle US-based financial records and transactions
Process payouts and maintain accurate financial data
Ensure compliance with US taxation rules and regulations
Reconcile accounts and maintain financial statements




Coordinate with clients and understand their accounting requirements
Prepare basic financial reports and documentation

Requirements:
Valuable knowledge of US accounting and bookkeeping
Understanding of payouts and US taxation rules
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) is preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills in English
Ability to handle client requirements efficiently
