Job Responsibilities
Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Take customer orders accurately and recommend menu items when needed.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, shakes, and other beverages according to café standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment.
Restock ingredients, cups, and other café supplies.
Operate the billing/POS system and handle cash or digital payments.
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
Assist team members during busy hours to ensure smooth café operations.
Learn beverage recipes, customer service standards, and café procedures.
Support opening and closing duties as assigned.
Requirements
Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (or equivalent).
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
