Talent Acquisition Team Lead (SAP) - Bengaluru

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Team Lead specializing in SAP recruitment to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading recruitment efforts for SAP professionals, managing a team of recruiters, and developing strategic talent acquisition initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring high performance and continuous skill enhancement.
Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies specifically for SAP roles across various modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, FICO, SD, MM, ABAP, BASIS, SuccessFactors, Ariba).
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for critical and senior-level SAP positions, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs, provide market insights,



and advise on effective recruitment approaches.
Implement cutting-edge sourcing strategies to attract top-tier SAP talent, including leveraging skilled networks, social media, job boards, and industry events.
Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice for SAP professionals in the Bengaluru market.
Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining robust communication and engagement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in SAP recruitment and talent acquisition.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors when necessary, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
Contribute to the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition function.
