Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment at customer sites. The role involves providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and minimizing equipment downtime.
Install and commission equipment at customer locations.
Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs or maintenance.
Conduct preventive maintenance and system inspections.
Respond to customer service requests and breakdown calls.
Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance records.
Train customers on equipment usage and safety procedures.
Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage spare parts and service tools effectively.
Support product testing and upgrades when required.

Required Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field.
1–5 years of experience in service engineering or technical support.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
