Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Tiruppur (Candidates based in Tiruppur or willing to relocate are preferred.)
Shift Options:
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Experience: 0–2 Years (Interns, Freshers, and Entry-Level Candidates Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through outbound cold calling.
Identify and qualify prospective clients.
Schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain lead records and achieve daily/monthly targets.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Willingness to work either shift.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an added advantage.
